This annual event culminates months of research, experiments, planning, trials, errors, and collaboration that was compressed in a 10–20-minute presentation. As December 18 approached, excitement for the Winter Formal began building across the school. Conversations about outfits, music, and plans with friends filled the halls, turning ordinary school days into a countdown. For many underclassmen, this was one of the most anticipated school events, a way to kick off winter break and the holiday season. Student Council spent weeks organizing the dance, choosing decorations, organizing music suggestions, and finalizing details.
